The papeterie veteran and original Ängälbärger who chose to stay onboard for the new Roastery | Papeterie constellation. Often spotted in the shop during weekdays with a couple of her stammgäste stopping by for a chit chat. Enjoys keeping track of all stationery orders, printing and pressing coffee bags on the Heidelberger and escaping to her Alp on the sunny side of Engelberg every now and then.

Hailing from Sweden, Annie came to Engelberg for love and quickly became an integral part of our daily grind! Beyond serving up delicious coffee, she's the dedicated force behind the smooth operation of our online shop. When this coffee-loving mountain enthusiast isn't making sure your order is perfect, she's hard at work mastering Swiss-German – always with a smile and a passion for a good brew.

Barista & Latte Art
Meet Linda, our latte art specialist from Luzern! You'll find her transforming drinks into miniature masterpieces, thriving on the pressure of our busiest moments – it's never busy enough for her! With true barista passion, she spends hours mastering new patterns. When not dazzling us here, she's studying hard at university.

Coffee Roaster
The polyglot mountain goat who grew up in cool ski resorts like Chamonix, Åre and Engelberg. When not studying coffee, roasting and planning production, you´ll most likely spot him somewhere in the mountains or spreading his good mood energy behind the DJ booth at some local bar.
Martina
Books & Barista
A coffee and mountain lover who went from a regular after-hike customer to a member of our team! When not serving you the perfect Latte-art cappuccino here at the Roastery, you might find her pedalling through Europe's bikepacking trails in search of a tasty brew or flipping pages determined to conquer her never ending tower of "to read" books.
Andrea
Graphics & Shop design
The artistic and creative better half of the bearded co-founder. Often spotted through the shop window of Kontor whilst working the Heidelberger letterpress or swiftly touching up the display in the papeterie with her magic hands. Enjoys being our in-house super designer, bringing the latest stationery trends to Engelberg and occasionally escaping the alp village to collect some big city inspiration.
Oscar
Co-Founder & Finances
The bearded part of the sibling co-founder duo of Roastery Engelberg. Often spotted in the Roastery during weekends wearing patched up functional black clothes, practical shoes and some kind of seasonal headwear. Enjoys keeping track of the finances, taking care of our business customers and deliberately only goes skiing on weekdays.
Sophia
Co-Founder & Marketing
The non-bearded and blonde part of the sibling Co-founder duo of Roastery Engelberg. Often spotted behind the scenes in the shop with a coffee in one hand, a phone/camera in the other and with Hampi the dog following her around like a shadow. Enjoys creating new content, keeping the digital world up to date with anything new from the Roastery | Papeterie and filling up the bookshop with feminism and climate change.
