Legend has it that an Ethiopian goat herder once noticed his goats dancing with energy after eating bright red berries. Curious, he tried them himself and soon joined in the dance. Since then, Ethiopia has been known as the birthplace of coffee. 
This washed coffee from Sidamo is lightly roasted, revealing a lively Cup with notes of tart cherry, citrus and a clean black tea finish.
