The water flowing down the Engelberg Aaschlucht is sometimes wild, othertimes slow, constantly washing the mountain rock into smooth formations.
Inspired by water we blended a HALF CAFF by combining a Swiss Water® Process Decaf from PERU and two amazing arabica coffees from PERU and BRAZIL. 
This blend is medium roasted and consists of about 50% DECAF which enables you to customize your caffeine intake. 
The result is a smooth and sweet cup perfect for a Cappuccino or Americano.
