Exploring Our New Single Estate Coffees

One of the reasons we love specialty coffee is its incredible diversity. The variety, origin and processing method all shape what's in your cup. Our three newest Single Estate coffees represent exactly that diversity and couldn't be more different from each other.

Geisha Peru Natural

Elegant, refined and beautifully sweet. This Geisha from producer Eduar Troyes in Cajamarca is naturally processed, meaning the coffee cherries are dried whole before the beans are removed. As the fruit dries around the seed, the coffee develops greater sweetness and complexity while maintaining the delicate character Geisha is famous for.

The result is a vibrant, silky cup with bright citrus, delicate honey sweetness and a rich caramel finish.

If you enjoy clean, expressive filter coffees with lots of nuance, this one's for you.

Indonesia Wet Hulled

This processing method is unique to Indonesia, where the coffee cherries are pulped and briefly fermented after harvesting, but instead of drying the beans completely, the parchment is removed while they're still relatively moist. The beans are then dried without their protective parchment layer, creating a flavour profile that's difficult to find anywhere else in the world.

The result is a coffee with a full, velvety body, low acidity and remarkable savoury complexity. Expect smooth umami notes, a comforting broth-like richness, velvety cacao and sweet tobacco leaf.

If you've never tried a Wet Hulled coffee before, you're in for something completely different.

Washed Ethiopia Abore Bombe

Bright, juicy and incredibly clean. This washed coffee from Abore Bombe Sidama showcases everything we love about Ethiopian coffees, with notes of tart cherry, citrus and a delicate black tea finish.

With the washed process, the fruit is removed shortly after harvest and the beans are fermented and washed before drying. This highlights the coffee's natural clarity and allows the terroir and variety to shine through.

Lightly roasted to highlight its vibrant character, it's refreshing, elegant and smooth. Perfect for summer.

Three origins. Three processing methods. Three completely different cups.

Whether you're drawn to the elegance of a Geisha, the rich body of an Indonesian coffee or the vibrant fruit notes of an Ethiopian, there's something new to discover in every brew.
