All throughout Switzerland Fasnacht has come and gone, but if you look hard enough you can still find some confetti! We loved watching Annamarie and her Ski Jumping Group make their way down Dorfstrasse with amazing costumes, choreography, and a float. Every year we think they have outdone themselves, until the next year, where they manage to create something even more amazing.
In the store we have a very exciting new comer. Our Pink Bourbon Colombia has arrived! This red and yellow bourbon hybrid is resistant to coffee rust, making it particularly appealing to farmers, and with its delicious flavours, a fast favourite amongst coffee lovers. We have decided to use it as our new single origin light roast. Through our roasting process we are able to enhance the natural sweet lemon and toasted oats flavour making for a fruity coffee with an exceptionally smooth finish. We can't wait for you to try it!
Besides creating this fun logo Andrea has done a great job with making more and more post cards. Between our nostalgic prints and our kids cards we are fully stocked and so excited about it! We love having her, the Kontor, and the ability to be creative with our products.
With the start of March Andrea has also made us a great new window display to get us in the mood for Easter. That's not the only event we are looking forward to this March! Tiltis is kicking the month off with another night ski on Saturday March 2nd. DJ Tingeling will be there to keep the party going into the evening from 12pm to 9pm. You will be able to ski on two runs from Stand to Trübsee, 7-10 pm. We had such a great time at the last night ski we cant wait to go again!
Next up Ski Lodge will be hosting the Patagonia Wear and Repair day on the 7 and 8th of March. This is an amazing event where you can give a second life to your favourite outdoor apparel. A great way to appreciate what you have instead of buying new, and its free!
Then to end the Month on Saturday the 30th we will be participating in the Easter Market on Dorfstrasse! This is always such a fun event to be a part of. It's amazing to see local vendors and the community come together for a day filled with delicious food and a great atmosphere. We will see you there!
