The last day of September is hear and so is the Herbst Market, and that means time for some changes! The temperature is slowly dropping, the leaves are transitioning to their beautiful Autumn colours, and Early Bird is leaving the shelves. It feels like so much is happening all at once! But with this comes beautiful walks, cozy evenings, and some delicious Blue Bird. This medium roasted 100% Arabica blend shows hints of blackcurrant and is rounded off with black tea notes. The approachable acidity and delicate body will certainly set the mood for those perfect Blue Bird days to come. While as you might expect the main event in the store has been creating our new blend, that's
not all we have been up too. As the day are getting shorter once again Andrea started thinking about our little ones walking home in the evenings. To help with their visibility we have some new reflective iron and stick on patches so your kids can pick their favourite styles, and you can have a little more piece of mind. We also have new fall inspired cards, calligraphy pens, a fresh batch of Sunny Side infused Milk Chocolate, and so much more!
We also wanted to thank all the people who came in the day after the Cirque Series at Titlis to tell us about how much fun they had! We love being apart of such a great community of friends and family.
Sooo what's to come!? Gustaf and Oscar are quite excited to be going to the Swiss Coffee Festival where they will meet with and share ideas with other coffee professionals, exchange ideas and passions, and probably drink a lot of coffee too! Anton and Harolds new project the Freeride Symphony will be premiering in Engelberg on the 6th of October, and maybe you'll be able to recognise that very familiar voice in the background!
Watching that will surely get us all excited for the ski season which is said to open on the Ice Flyer from the 21st of October. So whatever summer adventures you've set your sights on, now is the time to make it happen!
